Press Release Body = Job Fair is one of the most popular events in career centers in
American and European universities. The aim of this Fair is to contribute into more
effective communication between university students and employers seeking for
appropriate employees to fit in their vacancies. One of the many advantages of such
event is the informal friendly atmosphere which initiates communication.
The students know beforehand the list of the companies-participants, they fill in
the resume forms and come to the Job Fair aware of who they are going to communicate
with. The companies in their turn have a great chance to learn the level of
prospective employees, give out some leaflets containing basic information about the
company, make database of resumes etc.

In Kharkov this event is held by KhPI (Kharkov Polytechnic Institute). This year
event is going to be the 4th Job Fair organized by this institute. TEAM has already
participated in Job Fair once. This was in 2005 and TEAM was a participant of the
Fair. This year our company has a different status, that of a sponsor, so it is
going to have more options: better and bigger stand, more space for the equipment
and our representatives' seats etc.
Events of such scale are of essential importance for creating the image of the
company as that of the best employer.
